The first quarter of 2025 marked a pivotal launch period for Endeavor One, with our focus centered on driving adoption across the worldwide Endeavor network. We've achieved significant traction with both staff and network members, particularly in supporting selection processes. As we look to Q2, we're building on this foundation by expanding servicing capabilities through integration with Brazil's Endeavor Connect platform.

We've reached 288 unique staff users since launch, showing strong global adoption. 90% of EX Staff Members worldwide have logged in to Endeavor One!
Approximately 70% of offices are actively weekly, showing consistent platform usage across the worldwide team!
The offices showing strongest adoption (based on number of unique users per office) are Global, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia, some of our largest offices.

Through Endeavor One, the team at Endeavor Mexico found an ideal SOR reviewer for Shivani Shiroya of Tala, who needed a mentor ahead of her at Series D stage. Endeavor Brain recommended Sergio Furio, an EE who had reached Series E, making him perfectly positioned to evaluate Tala's potential.
After validating the match with the Brazil team, the mentorship proceeded with outstanding results. Sergio provided valuable recommendations on Tala's business model and leadership approach, while his standing as the Brazil chairman and long-time Endeavor supporter ensured Shivani’s Endeavorization. This strategic connection contributed to Tala’s successful selection through the 2nd Virtual ISP in March of this year! Go Mexico and Tala!!

When a Mexican Endeavor Entrepreneur needed development support for their VP of Sales transitioning to Chief Revenue Officer, the team at Endeavor Mexico turned directly to Endeavor One. Endeavor Brain recommended Maira Gracini from the Brazil network who had followed the exact career progression from Head of Revenue to VP and finally to CRO.
This precision match led to a series of five highly productive mentoring sessions over five months. The mentorship proved so successful in transferring the needed knowledge and skills that Mon considers it "one of the perfect matches we found" from the platform!

We've welcomed 191 network members (mentors, entrepreneurs, candidates, and board members) to the platform since launch, primarily driven by selection panel participation.
From the beginning of Endeavor One, we invested in an enhanced login experience especially for Network Members like Panelists. 75% of our network members are using one-click login via Google or Microsoft, making login a truly seamless experience where they no longer have to manage Endeavor specific credentials. This is a huge improvement from the challenges with previous platforms.
You’ve also been busy reaching out to Network Members! To date, we’ve logged 43 emails to Mentors or Account Managers from Staff, sent via Endeavor One.

Jumping on here to share my experience using Endeavor One to run our recent Regional Selection Panel. We had 9 Entrepreneur candidates and 12 panelists representing 7 Local Offices. What I really appreciated about the platform was how streamlined it made the process—especially for candidate profile data entry (including photos and attachments), activating panels, and creating meetings. Everything was straightforward and saved us valuable time compared to doing it manually. Additionally, for panelists, collecting survey responses post-interview was intuitive and smooth. I also liked that the process felt more official and engaging —panelists received automated emails with the materials once activated, which helped keep them looped in, and the platform followed up with reminders to submit their surveys after each interview.
