⭐ What is an Event Impact Partner?

The Event Impact Partners Program is designed for colleagues who bring significant experience and want to play a hands-on role in delivering Endeavor’s flagship global events, behaving as an extension of the Global Event team as co-hosts of the event.

Impact Partners are involved in the event planning process well ahead of time, supporting logistics, program flow, and coordination, and also attend the event itself to help execute on the ground.

The program serves as both retention, recognition and professional development: an opportunity to showcase leadership, learn by doing, and gain exposure to Endeavor’s global event operations, on top of the opportunity to travel and see a flagship event unfold.

🥸 Eligibility

Open to all MarComm and Events leads with significant experience and track record delivering events. The program does not apply for teams supporting host events at their own local offices.

💼 Program Structure & Commitment

Impact Partners begin collaborating with the HQ Events team several months prior to each event, supporting planning, logistics, and event preparation, and collaborating to capture learnings and document best practices. Partners then join on-site during the event, executing key moments and helping ensure smooth program flow.

Time commitment varies by event but typically requires ~160 hours a year (approx. 1 month of work), starting at 3-6 months prior to the event and intensifying in the weeks leading up to the event.

💸 Program Finances

GLOBAL

Covers one full month of the employee’s salary (based on local compensation)

Covers airfare, accommodation and visa costs (if needed) for the week of the event.

Waives the event ticket fee.

IMPACT HOST’S OFFICE Adjusts ****employees’ workload to account for the global support role.
