Overview

Individual and Candidate profiles can be shared internally with other Endeavor Staff, as well as externally with guests including mentors, panelists, and entrepreneurs. View shared profiles in the Shared Content page.

Share a Profile

Select the Share button in the upper right corner of a profile.

To share internally with an Endeavor staff member

1. Type their name in search bar and select Done. The profile will be sent to the staff member via email, and they will have Edit or View access depending on their access permission below.

Staff Access Permissions

Users have different levels of access depending on their role:

• Global staff: Global staff are able to Edit any profile.
• Local staff: Local staff within the profile’s Endeavor Office can Edit the profile. If the profile is not within your Endeavor Office, you can View the profile only.
• Any staff: All staff have access to View any profile. </aside>

To share externally with a Guest

1. After clicking the Share button, select the Other people tab.

2. Type the guest’s name in the search bar. If you cannot find the guest, you may have to create the contact first. Please see How To Create and Activate Contacts to Login

3. Select an Expiration Date to give the guest view permission until. As the profiles contain confidential information, we suggest selecting the minimum time necessary for the guest to view the profile.

4. Select Next, review the details, and Confirm the share. An email like the one below will be sent to the guest

   

View Shared Content

Utilize the Shared Content page to view profiles you’ve shared, as well as profiles shared across the Endeavor network.
