Overview

This guide will walk through how our external network (EE, Mentor, Panelist, Board Member, Candidate) can login to Endeavor One. For Staff, this guide provides instructions on how to reset the user’s password to unblock a login. For information on how to add a contact and activate them to login to Endeavor One, please see How To Create and Activate Contacts to Login.

How to Login as an External Network Member

Log in to Endeavor One via this link.

  1. Guests can navigate to https://one.endeavor.org/v2/guest/login’s guest endpoint (**https://one.endeavor.org/guest/login**).
  2. Guests have 3 options to access Endeavor One:
    1. Google: Login with a personal Google account or Google Workspace account.

    2. Microsoft: Login with a personal Microsoft account, or business Microsoft account.

    3. Login via Username and Password: Login with a Salesforce User account (e.g. previous Endeavor Open credentials)

      Troubleshooting:

      • If they’ve forgotten their password, they can click “Forgot Your Password?” to create a new one. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the user password on their behalf through Endeavor One. (See below)
      • If the guest has never logged in to Endeavor before, they likely do not have a Salesforce User account. Create it by following the steps in How To Create and Activate Contacts to Login (Activate Contact to Access Endeavor One).

We strongly recommend the guest utilize the Google and Microsoft methods as they will no longer need to manage an Endeavor username and password! Please strongly suggest them to try this method first.

Guests can login with any account where their email matches the Primary or Secondary email stored in Salesforce.

You can also reset the user’s password on their behalf, from Endeavor One.

Please note that this option is available only for contacts that have a Salesforce User account (e.g., they login using Username and Password, not Google or Microsoft).

  1. Navigate to the user’s profile.
  2. Select the three dots ⠇on the right side of the profile.
  3. Select Reset User’s Password.
  4. The user will then receive an email asking them to reset their password.
