List Views are object specific lists of records, which you can filter down and edit in mass. Records in a given List View can be displayed in 3 unique display options, all enabling additional functionality to edit and access those records.

List View - standard lists of records, which you can filter down edit in mass.
Kanban - transforms the list of records and groups them as cards (think Trello)
Split View - lets you swiftly access full records on a list w/o leaving the main list </aside>
