Salesforce Objects: Meetings, Meetings Attendees & Mentor Ratings

Trigger Conditions:

• Meeting Criteria
  • Must be created with the Status = Scheduled
  • Meeting Stage/Type Criteria - Mentor ratings are created for the following combination of Stage & Types
    • Stage = Pre-Selection & Type = SOR, Final Review, Global Review, Mentoring
    • Stage = Post-Selection & Type = EE Advisory Board, MCP, Coaching, Mentoring
• Meeting Attendee
  • EE/Candidates should have Role = Received
  • Mentor/Donating person should have Role = Donated
  • Staff should have Role = Neutral

Trigger Action - once meeting has been created with all attendees added, user can change the Status from Scheduled to Completed.

• This will auto-create the mentor rating records.
• An email will also be sent to the Attendees marked as Neutral or Received.

If you don’t want the emails to trigger you can check the appropriate checkbox field under the Configure Notification” section on the meeting record detail tab.
