Outside of the few “custom” pages (Homepage, Entrepreneur Experience, Company Directory), the vast majority of your pages will be build using “Modules”. Wide Eye has created 19 different modules you can use to build your pages. Think of these like building blocks. You can see what all of the different modules look like on this test page or read the descriptions below:

Full Width Content

This is the workhorse of your pages. Whenever you just need to include blocks of text, this is what you will use.

Now, let’s explain what you will find in the tool bar.

Many of the icons, such as bold, italic, bullets, etc. should be recognizable and self-explanatory. The ones labeled above are useful, but maybe not so obvious.

Toggle Toolbar: This button will toggle on that bottom row of icons. If you do not see that bottom row, this is how you enable it.

Fullscreen mode: This will just put your writing window into full screen, in case you are working on a blog post or other long-form text and need more real estate.

Line Break: Super useful! This adds a line, which helps to subtly break up sections, like seen on this page.

Paste As Text: When you are copying and pasting text from another platform, such as Google Docs, Word, etc, you always want to make sure you paste it without formatting. You can do this by clicking this button to enable you to paste in plain text mode or you can paste by clicking ctrl-shift-v (cmd-shift-v on Mac). The reason you want to do this is because otherwise formatting from those programs will be pasted as well which usually causes the text to look off.

Clear Formatting: If you did not paste as plain text and see that your text now looks wonky, you can highlight it all and click this button to clear the formatting.

Featured Text

This is one way to include a quote or pull text to a page. This can serve as a good visual break for long blocks of text.
