IMPORTANT FAQ REGARDING SALESFORCE LICENSES

❓ Who gets a Salesforce license❓

Salesforce user licenses are provided to full-time permanent staff just prior to their start date. Non-full-time team members, e.g. part-time staff, interns, fellows, and consultants, are not granted a license by default. Managers desiring a user license for non-full-time team members should email Samantha Bates with a request, which will be filled based on license availability.

❓ Can I lose my Salesforce license❓

If a user has not logged into Salesforce in over 60 days and we need to re-allocate the license, we may deactivate the user! If this happens to you and you need access to Salesforce again, please send an email or slack message to Samantha Bates or Sanjay Thapa and we will add you to the queue for an active license. 🙂
