Process
- Contact: Reach out to Angie DiDomenica via email ([email protected]) or Slack with your announcement
- Timeline: Submit at least 3 days before your desired posting date
Required Materials
1. Visual Assets
- Photos: High-quality images that are in line with Endeavor’s aesthetic - bold, bright, human-centered.
- Types of images needed:
- For events: Wide shots of the venue, close-ups of speakers, audience engagement
- For round announcements: High quality photo(s) of EE(s) and company logo
2. Written Content
- Draft caption: Provide a nearly completed caption that we can refine and detailed takeaways to help us tell the story.
- Key elements to include:
- Core message: What is the main point you want to communicate?
- Key takeaways: The most important themes/insights from the event or announcement
- Quotes: Standout moments or quotes from speakers, founders, or participants
- Stories: Compelling anecdotes that resonated with the audience
- Outcomes: Measurable milestones, achievements, or impact
- Relevant handles: Social media handles of people/organizations to tag
Evaluation Criteria
We consider the following when determining whether to feature content on our global channels:
- Is this content relevant to our global audience?
- Does it provide value, insights, or inspiration to this audience?
- Are the images/videos high-quality, well-composed, and professional?
- Do they align with our brand aesthetics?
- Does this content align with our current content strategy and editorial calendar?
