What is a Value Proposition ❓

Read through this 5’ deck to learn all about what it is, why it matters, and how to write one…

Value Proposition.pdf

A value proposition is a concise statement of the benefits that a company is delivering to its customers

Ask yourself: What added value(s) is this candidate company delivering to its customers?

What is Not a Value Proposition ❓

A value proposition is not a list of a company’s competitive advantages

Hence, ‘strong team’, ‘low default rates’, ‘healthy LTV/CAC ratio’ etc. are not value propositions in them of themselves, think about what these positives aspects of a company enable that company to offer its customers
