💡What is an LSP?

The Local Selection Panel (LSP) is an important step in Endeavor’s entrepreneur selection journey - it determines which candidate entrepreneurs will proceed to the International Selection Panel (ISP). Running a rigorous LSP:

1. Adds value for entrepreneurs as part of their selection journey (i.e., “selection-as-a-service”).
2. Holds a high bar for which candidates move on to the ISP stage and ensures that entrepreneurs are well-prepared for the ISP.

The Worldwide LSP calendar is an initiative to build bridges between worldwide selection teams. It aims to encourage sharing of information, best practices, and even local and regional panelists. This email allows for a collectively built Worldwide LSP Calendar viewable by all Endeavor staff. It not only aims to increase visibility across offices, but also enable the Global Selection Team to better forecast ISP demand.

How to use it?

When scheduling an LSP, once you know the date and time of the LSP, please add [email protected] as an attendee to the calendar invite (for both virtual and in-person LSPs). You can add this calendar to your own G Cal by clicking HERE, enabling you to toggle on and off the calendar view.
