About the Package

We’ve created this guide to enhance transparency and support our Global and Local teams in effectively promoting Endeavor’s annual Gala.

The Gala is our ultimate celebration of everything we have accomplished as a Global Community this year, and it will only be a true celebration if we achieve 100% representation from all of you. We invite you not only to join us in promoting the Gala but also to make it your own. Use this opportunity in your outreach efforts to attract top entrepreneurs and partners, especially from your diasporas in the US, as well as your local and regional networks. Showcase the strength of our global network to potential partners, and inspire local teams through interactions with colleagues from different offices. Participating in this event is a prime opportunity to engage and activate our worldwide network and the New York diaspora of each office.

PS: Some materials and resources are still in development, but we will share them with you as soon as they are ready. We will also communicate any additions or changes to this package.

In this guide, you will find:

**Gala Strategy for Local Offices (LOs):** We've divided it into two distinct groups: the MarComm Team and the EX Team.
- The **MarComm Checklist** focuses on how your team should communicate the Gala through social media and email marketing to your local network, along with all the materials you will need to be able to do so.
- The **EX Checklist** provides full visibility on all the communications Global has sent to promote the Gala. This will enable you to identify and monitor which individuals in your network have been contacted and determine how you can assist with any necessary follow-up actions or outreach.
**Global Communications Calendar:** Here, you can find the communications that have been sent out and the upcoming communications we plan to send to our network.
Endeavor Week: We are designing additional content and networking opportunities for all of our network that will take place during the week of the Gala. Check out the Endeavor Week calendar here. If you're interested in hosting an event, please let us know by filling out this form.
