What is Endeavor One?

Endeavor One is a platform designed to transform how Endeavor staff work, collaborate, and share knowledge. Its foundation is built on two core principles:

Staff-First: A platform reimagined with YOU at the center, empowering staff with tools for an enhanced selection process and improved mentorship journey. Mentors, candidates, and entrepreneurs benefit without needing direct platform access.
Knowledge Sharing: A unified knowledge platform connecting expertise across 40+ markets, enabling seamless collaboration and unlocking the collective intelligence of the Endeavor network in a smooth, secure, and professional way.

How Do I Access Endeavor One?

Any Staff with a Salesforce Staff account can login at:

Do EEs, Mentors, and Board Members Have Access To Endeavor One?

No, EEs, Mentors, and Board Members do not have direct access to the staff-facing version of Endeavor One. There are two versions of the platform:

Staff-Facing Version: Designed for internal use by Endeavor staff (**https://one.endeavor.org/)**
Guest-Facing Version: Accessible to guests (e.g., Mentors, EEs, Board Members) when staff share specific content (**https://one.endeavor.org/guest/login**)

Guests can only access information shared on demand by staff, such as profiles, lists, or panels activated for review. However, they cannot actively search for mentors or explore the platform independently. While this capability is planned for the future, today, Mentors and EEs do not need to be onboarded or granted access.
