Welcome to the new Endeavor One experience for Network Members!

Who is this for?

This new experience is for active Endeavor contributors — primarily for Mentors, so that we can keep their mentor data up to date, as well as for Endeavor Entrepreneurs to explore their peer and mentorship network.

We’ve created two different experiences for contacts of Endeavor:

1. For Network Members: Active Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Mentors, and Board Members
2. For Guests: All Other Contacts, such as Candidates, Investors, EE C-Levels, Donors, as well as Alumni Entrepreneurs and Mentors.

Network Member Experience

Required Affiliations

The Network Member experience automatically applies for contacts with the following affiliations:

• Active Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• Active Mentors
• Active Board Member
• Active Panelist
• Active Outlier
• Active Endeavor Staff </aside>

Key Functionality

Network members can utilize Endeavor One for key functionality:

Mentor Profile Form

View and update personal Endeavor Mentor Profile via the FormAssembly link accessible by clicking “Update your profile”.

Mentors can update their profile information directly with this form: this includes their Basic Contact Info, Mentor Availability, Biography, Industry Knowledge, and Functional Skills.

Please see this Example Form. Each mentor profile has a unique form link.

Other things to know:

• The form does not accept rich text fields for the Biography and Educational Background sections.
• The mentor’s local contact owner will receive an email notifying you that the form has been updated, with a copy of the response.
• The form data connects directly to Salesforce, so any updates made by this form will automatically update the contact’s Salesforce record.

Search the Endeavor Network

Explore the Endeavor Network: Search for Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Mentors, Investors, Board Members, Outliers, and EE C-Levels

Network Members can search the Endeavor Network by keyword, or filtering by Role, Industry, Location, and Endeavor Office.

To reach out to a specific contact, Network Members can contact the Account Manager via Endeavor One. However, today they cannot contact the Network Member directly.

Contact Local Account Manager

Network Members can view their local Endeavor contact owner and send them an email directly through Endeavor One. This ensures they always know who in Endeavor they can reach out to.

💡 Please ensure the Local Contact Manager is updated to the correct Endeavor Staff member in Salesforce.

Access Panels

Panelists can access Active LSPs and ISPs to view candidate profiles and provide assessments on the day of a panel. For more information please see How To Review Profiles and Complete an Assessment as a Panelist.

Access Shared Content

As Endeavor Staff, you can share content directly with Network Members. Although they have access to individual profiles like Mentors and Entrepreneurs through the Search functionality, you may want to share a specific profile, a Candidate Profile, or a List.

In the Shared Content section, network members can see all this content. ****For more information please see How To View Shared Profiles As a Guest.

Guest (Non-Network Member) Experience

Who is a Guest?

All Other Contacts, ****such as:

• Candidates
• Investors
• EE C-Levels
• Donors
• Alumni Entrepreneurs and Mentors

Guests do not have the same access as Network Members as shared above. Guests can only access On-Demand Content shared by Endeavor Staff, and they can also view their own profile.

As Endeavor Staff, this means you can Share content with any contact, and even if the contact is not a Mentor, EE, or Board Member, they can log in to Endeavor One and view what you’ve shared.

However, they cannot Search the network, or Update their profile data.

How can Network Members and Guests log in to Endeavor One?

Network Members and Guests can login at **http://one.endeavor.org/guest/login**.

We’ve made login seamless by enabling 2 methods of login:

1. Via Google and Microsoft emails, so Endeavor credentials are no longer required. The contact’s email must match the primary or secondary email on their contact record.
2. Via Salesforce, if the contact does not have Google/Microsoft. Create a Salesforce User to register their username and password.
