Overview

This guide will walk through the Panelist experience for viewing profiles and completing an assessment.

Prerequisites

  1. The panel should have been created and activated by Endeavor Staff. For details please see How to Host a Panel.
  2. Panelist will have received an email with panel details including the profiles. If sending this email directly, please include the link for Panelists to login and view profiles: https://one.endeavor.org/v2/guest/login (https://one.endeavor.org/guest/login).

Login as a Guest

  1. Panelist should login with an email matching either their Primary or Secondary emails on Salesforce. They can use Google or Microsoft logins for seamless access. Please see How to Login as a Guest for more details.

Review Profiles

  1. The panelist can view all candidate profiles in their home page. Select View profile to view a specific candidate.
  2. In the Candidate Profile, panelists can learn about the Company, Team, Market, Business, Growth, and Financial data. They can also view Endeavor context like notes from the Local office, as well as mentor reviews during the candidate’s selection journey.
  3. Panelists can Print the profile by selecting the three dots in the upper right corner of the profile → Print.

The profiles are accessible via mobile device! Panelists can login to Endeavor One from their phone and view the profiles on the go.

Complete Assessment

  1. Assessments become available on the Meeting date scheduled in Salesforce. If the meeting hasn’t started yet, Panelists will see that the Assessment is unavailable:

  1. If the meeting is active, the panelist will see Start assessment in Actions for the candidate.

  2. Complete the assessment by scoring the strength of the entrepreneurs. Please note that these scores are not binding, they are used to guide panelist deliberations.

    The assessment will walk the Panelist through the following questions:

    1. Overall, how would you rate the strength of the entrepreneur(s)?
    2. Overall, how would you rate the strength of this business?
    3. How would you describe the company’s inflection point?
    4. Would you recommend this company for ISP selection? Reason for your score
