The Founder Ratings feature helps you collect structured feedback from founders after mentorship sessions, right from Endeavor One. It simplifies how we gather insights on mentor effectiveness and gives a clear view of the value founders are getting.
You can trigger a feedback request with just one click. Founders receive a short survey via WhatsApp (preferred) or email, and you’ll see responses flow straight into Endeavor One, fully integrated with your meeting and the mentor profile.

The new ratings workflow allows you to choose which channel you prefer to use to send the rating survey. You can send it via WhatsApp, Email, or by copying the form link and sharing it through another channel of your choice.

For Email and Copy Link, founders will not be required to do any login to complete the form.

Since this is a new process, we should give founders some context before sending ratings, especially when using the WhatsApp channel. We recommend the following approach:
When finalizing a meeting with the founder, take 2 minutes to explain the process and send the rating while you are still with them. You can say something like:
“We’re implementing a new way to collect feedback about our service using WhatsApp. I’m sending you the survey right now, it’s a quick message asking for feedback about this session, which you’ll receive via WhatsApp or email.
Your responses are anonymous to the mentor and will help us better support you and strengthen the network. It takes less than 1 minute to answer.
The feedback will be used internally to understand your satisfaction with our service, so it’s very important to us that you share your honest opinion.
Founders receive the 3 questions below after the session. Independent of the channel you choose, the questions keep the same. Only the first question is mandatory.
