When To Use Ratings

Send Ratings at the end of a mentor–founder meeting (or right after) to capture fast, honest feedback while the conversation is still fresh.

Meeting Requirements

To be eligible to send a rating, a meeting must meet all of the following:

→ Meeting is Scheduled or Completed

→ Meeting date is today or earlier

Only 1 Donated attendee and at least 1 Received attendee

→ Meeting type is a Mentoring or Second Opinion session

To maximize response rates: Confirm the phone number and send the message while the founder is still with you in the meeting, or immediately after (even if the meeting isn’t yet marked as Completed)

  1. Set context with the founder explaining why their feedback is important
  2. Open the meeting in Endeavor One
  3. Click “Send Rating” next to the founder’s name
  4. Choose which channel to send the rating through (WhatsApp preferred)
  5. Confirm contact details (founder’s phone number) and click “Send Rating”

What to say to the founder:

“We’re testing a quick way to collect feedback on our mentorship sessions. I’m sending you a short survey right now via WhatsApp or email.

Your feedback is anonymous to the mentor and really helps us improve our support. It’s just 3 quick questions!”

Founders receive a short survey with 3 questions:

  1. 1–5 rating of the conversation (required)
  2. Why they chose that rating
  3. Any next steps Endeavor can help with

Mentors cannot see individual responses. Feedback is internal only.
