
Overview
Endeavor One makes it easy for staff, entrepreneurs, mentors, and panelists to update, collaborate on, and access key candidate information. Candidate profiles in Endeavor One ensure all stakeholders have the information they need to make informed selection decisions and provide meaningful support to entrepreneurs.
View a Candidate Profile
- Candidate Profiles can be accessed via the Search Bar and Pipeline tabs on the side panel. They can also be shared with contacts across the Endeavor network (How To Share Profiles), and can be added to lists (How to Use Lists). Recently viewed profiles will also show up in your Home page.
- Select the ⠇three dots on the upper right hand corner of the profile to Print the profile, View the corresponding Company Profile (the Account), or View in Salesforce.

A Candidate Profile is an EE Application on Salesforce. A Company Profile is the corresponding Account on Salesforce.

A candidate profile contains a wealth of information that can be explored. They are split into three sections:
- Candidate Information: basic information about the company including the Company Logo, Name, Location, Industry, Year Founded, and Website. Also includes Endeavor information like Local Office and Local Contact Manager, as well as Selection information like Selection Stage and Status.
- Key Financial Facts: High-level data like Performance table, CAGR, and Financing. Select “View full table” to view the full Financial section.
- This information is pulled from the Financial section. Changes in Financial will automatically update this section.
- Profile Details, with the following tabs:
- Company: Company mission; as well as overview information to provide understanding about the company and entrepreneur candidate.
- Team: links to the Entrepreneur Candidates and Key Personnel, as well as Organizational Structure. Select “View profile” to view the individual profiles of entrepreneur candidates and key personnel.
- Market: Analysis of the market in which the candidate company operates, including including Market Size (TAM, SAM, and SOM), Industry Highlights, Competitive Landscape, and Candidate Defensibility strengths and weaknesses.
- Business: Value Proposition with Supporting Metrics, Primary Products, Customer Base, Customer Segments, and Key Metrics.
- Growth: Growth Strategy (Vision statement, Inflection point), Company Strategy (short term and long term).
- Financial: Financial Performance including Historical Equity Financing, Ownership Structure, Historical Non-Equity Financing, and Future Fundraising Plans.
- [Note]: This information is confidential and should only be shared with relevant Endeavor staff and approved mentors. Please see How To Share Profiles for how to share a profile to guests with limited access.
- Context: Additional context including Challenges and Priorities (these are only visible to staff, not guests); Candidate Resources, Local Context, Mentor Highlights reviews, meetings from Selection Journey, and Profile Type.
- Gallery: Resources attached to the profile, such as the company’s Organization Chart. All additional resources uploaded to the profile are included here as well.
Create A Candidate Profile
Create a Candidate Profile by following the existing process in Salesforce. Start the process by converting your prospects, following the steps here How to create Prospects?
After the EE Application has been created, the Candidate Profile will exist on Endeavor One.
Edit A Candidate Profile
To make the editing process of the digital profile easy, we’ve provided functionalities to seamlessly update information and collaborate directly on profiles in Endeavor One.

Local Office Staff can Edit Candidate Profiles associated with your Local Office. Global Staff Members can Edit all Candidate Profiles.

Add Photos, Links, and Notes
Enrich profiles with photos, links, and note references directly within the text editor.
- Photos: Select the Image icon in the text editor bar. Upload a photo up to 25MB. Supported file types are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png.
