IMPORTANT: For ALL internal hires (changing roles and/or moving to a new office):

Always create their NEW affiliation FIRST; then change their former affiliation to Former

If you do it the other way around (change their current affiliation to former and then create a new one), you will trigger an automatic blocking of their Endeavor accounts/permissions.
