1. Building Trust Through Informed Consent

• Mandatory Consent Protocol: Our Foundation

  Every meeting recorded with AI note-takers (Fireflies/Affinity) must begin with clear, verbal consent from all external participants. This isn't just compliance—it's how we demonstrate respect for the entrepreneurs who trust us with their most sensitive challenges and opportunities.

  What consent must cover:

  • Their right to decline or request deletion

• Your Standardized Disclosure Statement:

  As an Endeavor team member, you're responsible for reading the uniform consent script (Appendix A) at the start of every recorded session. This ensures full transparency and reinforces our commitment to network trust.
